Payment

All amounts shown on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery costs.

XRace accepts online payments with; [Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Apple pay, Google pay, Paypal and Mobilepay Online]. We do not impose any kind of transaction fee on your purchase.

The payment for the order is only deducted from your account when the item is dispatched.

XRace uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.

Delivery

We deliver to Denmark, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland and Poland. The delivery time for your order is normally 1-5 working days in Denmark and 2-7 working days in other countries.

Not all items are kept in our own warehouse. However, we can still meet our stated delivery time.

When ordering at weekends and public holidays, the item is dispatched on the first working day, if possible.

Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.

We deliver to private addresses in Denmark - but not the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

All goods are delivered in Denmark with GLS, and with GLS and Postnord in other EU countries.

Return and right of cancellation

There is a 60-day full right of return on goods purchased on our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You bear any return costs yourself, just as the choice of carrier is your own.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 60 days after the purchase, and from the cancellation the order must be in our hands no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.

The notice must be given by email at Info@xrace.dk , where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also use our return portal, which you can find here .

It is up to XRace to assess the item's condition. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.

Right of complaint

According to the Danish Sales Act, there is a 2-year right to complain about products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Complaints must be notified to XRace within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, one month is considered a reasonable time.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

XRace covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent on cash on delivery.

Personal data policy

When you buy an item and pass on the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which they were collected.

We use third parties to process some of our information, among other things in our freight handling, which was not developed by XRace . We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.
